Silicone fail?

setting up my used CADE I noticed the top front silicone seal seems to be failing.

Anyone experienced with repairing have some insight? Bring towards the top and still half sealed am I stupid for just running it?

Would adding euro brace be enough to solve the issue?

With a rimless i would probably just get a new tank. Not worth the risk,
