ive been onna long road of trying to get my return pump more silent and found a few things that might have make the noise and i finaly found the problem.

1 encased the pump in filter sponge to catch some of the vibrarions.

2 found that some noise was coming from to mutch back pressure in the bends of the tubing. so i straitent it and widend the outflow

3 keep the suction end away from the wall so enough water gets in.

4 the rod thats keeping the propellor in place might be crooked. the rod is curved or one of the rubbers on the end might be broken.

5 witch was my worse sound producer was my propellor itself as shown in the video my propellor had a 180 degrees free rotation. and since i had another propellor around a figured i try to glue it stuck.and the results in the video dont lie.

do you have any more ideas or did this help you please let me know.

(1st video of the rotors/ propellors -)
(2th video of propellor with free rotation)
(3th video of propellor without free rotation)
