Well, that WAS my tank. Unfortunately, during that time I was suffering from depression. That tank, and this forum, were the only thing that would make me happy and I would zone out on it when feeling especially down. I loved every fish, and invertebrate, and every piece of coral. Unfortunately due to the depression, as sufferers will understand, the upkeep was too much for me, (some days just getting out of bed was too much). So the tank went to hell and algae bloomed uncontrollably. Eventually I did a full service cleaning, but a week later it all came back. Then I got a PROFESSIONAL ($500) breakdown, clean, and reset, only for the algae to come back full force two weeks later. So I distributed all my livestock to a family member with a tank and took the whole thing down. It upsets me still to this day. However, as for me, I am doing a lot better and am looking to set up a little something and that's where I'm asking for help. I have a 17G Mr. Aqua Rimless tank that I would like to set up with just a Mandarin, zoas, maybe one or two Sps, and nothing more. BUT, I want it to be as fool proof and easy as possible (on a budget). Thankfully, I kept all my equipment including heaters, Gen 2 Radion, gfo reactors, etc. Can you guys and gals suggest the easiest way to make a foolproof nano. Even other tank suggestions are welcome. Thank you if you took the time to read all that and post a response.
