Six line wrasse help

Hey R2R… second time posting here so super excited to hopefully learn more!! I just recently bought a six line wrasse from my LFS for my 13.5 gallon tank (before you come at me, I know it’s a small tank but I plan on rehoming him as he is still tiny.) my tank is also established and has corals thriving. regardless, he was doing fine until this morning when I noticed his fins had seemingly rotted, and he is spiraling around and has what appears to be a swim bladder issue. I immediately moved him to a hospital tank and added rally reef to help with the fin rot. He’s just not looking hot, i can provide images:
What else should I do to help this guy out, I fear time is not on my side…. Thanks!!

The video was extremely short but enough to show the fish is in distress and possibly moribund in which it may not function or swim normal going forward. I cant see fins you mention clearly but may suggest aggression from another fish. What other occupants in the tank with it?
Additionally, did you acclimate it, and if so. . . how and how long?

Hi! thank you for writing back so fast. I have two bangaii cardnelfish, both with me for two years. They aren't aggressive at all. I did acclimate it for 1 hour- half hour temp float and half hour drip. I do have a good clean up crew, (emerald crab, hermits, 2 snails, and a tuxedo urchin.). A pom pom crab is in there as well. Im wondering if the emerald got to it when it was asleep? still doesn't make sense because it was perfectly fine yesterday. I can attach a picture of the main tank as well, just note the corals are a little unhappy because I had to move some stuff to grab the wrasse.

Re: I was too late to save the little guy. I am going to do all my normal tests tomorrow, I will bring it for an AQUAspin API test at my LFS tomorrow.
