Iv just added a float switch to my overflow container for an extended holiday.
Skimmer is currently on a controlled socket
Pl4 (timer 1 delayed on 300s + maintenance 1 delayed on 300s) so it isn't affected by my return pump being off for various reasons

How do I add a function to turn off skimmer once float is activated until float is deactivated, and also send an email

So I believe iv achieved desired using "leak sensor" for level sensor programming and pl logic
Pl1 Timer delayed on 300s
Pl3 Maintenance delayed off 300s
Pl4 that links 1 And 2 inverted
Pl3 fill water sensor 3 And pl4

I use a timer for on and off of return, auto feeder times, with a skimmer delay
Maintenance of 15 Min and 1 hour with a skimmer delay on resumption
And now skimmer is off if float is up, email is sent as a new alarm

Unless iv missed something and there is an easier way
