A nice snug fit on the valve.... I know it's vinyl tubing but it was a perfect tight fit on the valve...

Also in the future maybe something to consider but not sure how effective it would be, but i had a sick problem with getting skeets and flys stuck in my tubing from time to time, so i build a rainproof clear box with a bunch of screen mesh jammed in it worked great. Just had to clean it every so often. Also seen someone make a box with granulated active carbon it in because the air intake was close to were he parked his vehiclesThanks!

Is that hardy plank? I need to drill through the same stuff if so.
Went outside and drilled a hole to the inside cavity and fished the tubing through to the outside. Silicone around the hole.
You could have also done a very easy DIY C02 scrubber that would have not involved cutting a hole through your house
