Skimmer pump upgrade question

I'm currently running a MSX 200 skimmer on my 70gal tank. The skimmer itself is very well built but the sicce pump is crap. I'm thinking about upgrading it to the bubble blaster 2000. I just need to know that it would work. Hate to bring in a brand new pump and it doesn't connect right. Will it work/fit on the MSX skimmer? Have anybody done this? If so, how u like it?

Might have to do a little modding but the pump should work quiet well on it...

not sure since im not fimiliar with the exact skimmer you got....mojo says direct fit so there you go.... i was thinking you might have have to hook the pump up with a rubber hose or something of that nature if it's not the exact same size output but jesse said your good so rock with it!!!!!:)
