Are your ceilings prohibitively high? It couldn't be easier to drill a couple of small holes to insert an anchor into. It's by far the most simple and elegant hanging solution over clunky wall brackets and pipe contraptions.

Yea hes pretty smart lol.
I just love dogs so much!!! I think they know "dog people" and they love back!!
When I was a kid we had 3 dogs.
I hope in the future I will move to a bigger place and will enjoy having dogs again.
Indeed very smart dog!! LOL!

Thanks all for the feedback. The tank is under hanging pendants, so I'd rather not hang an additional light right next to the matching set and ruin the look of the whole room.

I don't mind a couple holes in a wall, and I ended up going with this:

And I'll be cutting & bolting a strip of aluminum on to the top to extend to the length I need. I wish there was some half-circle flair I could put on top so it's not so flat, but I will work on that for another day. As far as the bracket, this works for me. Thanks for the ideas!
