There was no definitive answer in that thread. Most were speculations with anecdotal remedies. However, a refresher on keeping chemicals away from the tank is a nice tip. That said, this looks more like a bacterial issue than a white fuzz or diatom issue. More than likely the OP of that thread still has the issue unless they added GFO to remove silicates and increase clean up crew following a good manual cleaning. None the less, this type of bacterial issue can be remedied with MB7, stability, and/or stop carbon dosing.Check out this thread...I also linked 3 more threads with similar issues....looks bacterial in nature....
