small dose programming question for all Jebao 3.4 users

Hi All.
I'm setting up a Jebao doser 3.4 to add my 2 part. My wifi is only 5.0 , so I can only connect AP. I was able to connect it and calibrate the pump heads. I want to add the 2 part slowly and I have questions about the programing. Let me see if I have this right.
If I set it to a dose of 1 ml and set the time to 20 mins, will it dose 1/20th of a mL per minute for 20 minutes? I don't see what time it will start. Can anyone tell me if I am missing something?
Well, I think that if I set the time to 20 it will run at 8pm? So, it looks like 1 mL is the smallest dose?
I appreciate any insight.

I'm using a similar doser, I believe your thought is correct. I.E. the 20 is the hour, so 8PM is correct, smallest does you can give it WHILE calibrated is 1. I guess technically you could calibrate it to half the typical size... I.E. calibrate 20 ml as only 10ml etc.

I have the Jebao 3.4, I believe. The WiFi one. No BT. Anyhow, this model has you calibrate at 50 ml which worked out to about 45 seconds. Make sure to prime the loop, tube you are using so as soon as pump starts calibration there is no air in line. You want just liquid. I used plain old tap water myself. I stopped at 25 ml so in theory the dose will be dosing exactly half of what ever is selected for the dose amount at any and all dosing set points. For example, I am running Red Sea 4 part. I want it to dose each 4 times a day. 11, 13 (1pm), 19 (7pm), and lastly 21 (9pm). With amounts at 2 for pump 1, 4 for pump 2, 1 ml for pump 3 and 1 ml for pump 4 as well. Which actually gives me 4 1 ml doses each day for pump 1, 4 2 ml doses for pump 2 and then 4 .5 ml doses each day for pumps 3 and 4. I am running the small schedule the recommend. 4 ml of 1, 8 ml of 2 and 2 ml of 3 and 4. I hope this helps and please feel free to hit me up with any questions you may have. I really like my cheap little Jabeo doser. If was balling out of control straight up OG style I would have got that Red Sea “drip” as the youngen’s might say. My apologies if I have offended anyone I just could not not use the “drip” reference as I found it quite fitting, current topic and all. Also, this idea is not mine by any stretch of the word. A righteous reefer here on Reef2Reef schooled me with this knowledge. I am blanking on the user, my bad, though thank you to the golden god who came up with this little gem of an idea as it made this little I inexpensive yet useful tool even better. Another option is to dilute your kH, Ca, and Mg solutions by 50% with rodi water and dose 2x the MLs. I used to do this with my DP4 doser and the benefit was that the dosing lines would not clog due to the extra liquid flowing through them. Also helped prevent an over dosage of solution.

so if it’s pulling from a 1 liter reservoir, do 1.5 liters? Cool idea
