Look like Pineapple sponges to me

Yeah it is. are they bad? and if so how can I get rid off them

Harmless filter feeders. But can get out of control and bother coral…..if they start attaching to them.

you have a lot of pineapple sponges. You should change out the rodi filters because they are a sign of silcates.

I’ve heard some have success with Triggers or Wrasses.
