Snowflake Eel (In a 40G)?

Okay so, I like eels and especially snowflake eels, I've heard they can fit in 40 gallon tanks, is this true. I've also heard they are sort of peaceful but I am just not sure if they will eat the fish I plan to get which are 2 Ocellaris Clowns (I have a BTA at the moment but I will get 2 more because the anemone I have doesn't like clownfish much) , Algae blenny, Yellow watchman and four Blue Chromis. I will also have a porcelain crab. I will have all its care requirement's met but is it about its feedings? Thank you if you reply.

Snowflakes are more of a "nom on invertebrates" eel rather than a "nom on fish" kind of eel. Their teeth are blunter, and more useful for crunching up invertebrates, as opposed to the sharper kind that can easily impale fish. Try giving this excellent sticky a read first:
