Are there invertebrates in the tank? Are they fine? If so, then you are probably looking at Amyloodinium, velvet. If so, you should be seeing rapid breathing as well. Are there any fish remaining?

Take a look at the link below my name here, it outlines some additional information that you can supply us to try and figure out what is going one....

can you rule out a parasite introduction? when was the last time you added fish, corals, any livestock from outside the tank?
also any stray voltage? possibly from something that runs on a timer or intermittently?

All the invertebrates seem fine, shrimps crabs and anemones seem normal. Clowns, chromis, blennies and gobies seem normal with no spots or discoloration.

I’m pretty new at this. How would I check for stray voltage?

How old is this tank?

Are you using RODI water or Tap water from the faucet?

I see all your reading are UNusually zero. I assume youre using an API test kit?

This tank has been running how long ?

API test kits known for false readings. If you have the opportunity, Grab a good size water sample and take to a trusted LFS and have them test for you to see what readings they come up with and to compare with yours.

Also, How were fish acclimated/introduced to tank ?

I drip acclimated them to the QT, the transferred them to the display tank directly.

Just a possibility but did you acclimate them from QT tank to display tank as if you just purchased them? If not, can cause issues.

What is your QT procedures? My guess is Velvet as well. Had a similar issue with my tank, it was very demoralizing.
I’ll start trying to round the little fellas up. May need a bigger qt

so I sampled both tanks and they were virtually identical. I didn’t acclimate them from qt to dt

Is it possible another fish could be hurting them while I’m at work?
