I was out shopping with the wife being that's it's spooky season and found a bunch of little ceramic skulls and tombstones. Now all I can imagine is zoas and GSP covered skulls and tombstones. Also for just random frags, I bet the LFS is going to love those.🤣

Cool find! See if you can get a tuft of GSP growing off the top of them, like neon green hair lol!

I’ve been joking that I want to make my next tank a Halloween tank…only stuff that is orange, black, yellow, bright green or red…. Getting spooky things that can be covered in those colors…next level!!

Oh definitely, they had large ones too. It almost gave me a reason to start a new tank.

Those are awesome! I need to find someone with a ceramic shop. A skull frag holder to scale would be awesome.
Have you given consideration to 3D printing them. Fairly sure it would be less expensive and faster too.

I have, buoyancy tends to be an issue with a lot of filaments. Though I thought of printing a shell and filling it with ceramic rings to compensate for surface area and buoyancy. I do like how ceramic feels though. I also thought of doing the old Portland cement and crush coral in a silicone mold.
