Spongy type algae - Need help identifying

Hi. I have this algae covering all of my rocks that has a spongy type texture. It's brown and green in color. I have attached a picture below. I"m having difficulty trying to identify what it is and if there are any type of algae eaters I could use to control it. Please see attached picture. Any ideas?

It looks like sponge (white cob web structure) overgrowing green algae (green mounds under the cob webs).

Any chance of microscope pics?

Are there bubbles in it?
