This is getting good...

Hey @Elder1945 what do you use to solvent weld the expanded pvc sheets?

Also what do you use to keep the pores in the edges from showing?

I have a project I am about to start on a large scale and wanted your input on it.

We use a mix that we have in house... Its kinda a secret but that said Weld on sells products that will do it just the same. Soooo not much of a secret i guess LOL.

As for the edge we have the Matthews paint system in my shop so we use a product called HBPT primer.

In the end not much help :p

I appreciate it. It gives me something to go on.

Mind if I send a PM and pick your brain some more when we get to setting up the store?

Do you guys have the Matthews color mixing station in house? I use their products, but don’t do enough volume to justify the mixing station.

The framers will be here in 2 days to start the basement finishing. I have started to move into my new fish area/room of my home :).

So much more to do in this area but it's a start.

The main display will be in my new office about 8 feet from this room.

excited tbh as I see progress :).

Almost done.. Now the basement can be finished around my new fish room/support room. This tank will go in my office next to this room.

The Marine Depot controller boards are working out quite well :p.

Love those controller boards! :D
