Spots on Hippo Tang

Can anyone identify these spots on our Hippo? We were gone for the weekend and came back to spots. The pictures aren't very good. :( It doesn't look like ich to me, but I can't find anything else, other than some fungal or viral diseases that look like this either...)

She/he's been eating well and doesn't show any signs of distress. None of the other fish in the tank have any visible issues.

On Friday last week I re-arranged all the rock work - it is possible that the hippo somehow get scratched during that process, although he/she mostly stayed hidden during that process.
