SPS Coral ID please

Hi guys can you ID this coral?

Hard encrusting skeleton like and tiny polyps.

I could be wrong, but it sort of looks like a heliopora. They are not SPS corals; they are stony ‘soft’ corals.
 
This just gets more confusing haha.
How can a coral be soft AND stony?
Soft corals are classified by having 8 tentacles on each polyp. They are classified in the subclass (I think that is the correct term) octocorallia. Heliopora have stony skeletons and are in the subclass octocorallia.
