Hey guys. So I want to make a small update: These acros look exactly the same as when I first purchased them.

In the LFS, they had a group of these acros, and none of them had PE, even today when I checked!

Today I bought a strawberry shortcake acro from a different LFS and it already opened up with PE, even after dipping and adding to my tank.

So something is definitely stressed out these acros in the past.

As of right now, they look fine. They have their pale coloration. No bleaching/STN. I’m wondering why they haven’t adapted.

Oh, I almost forgot, when I fed the tank the pink acro had these thin white strings that were coming out of its base. It kind of looked like PE, but it wasn’t exactly. Looked like feeding tentacles.

How likely for 5-6 pieces of each and all of them being infected in a worm that doesn’t allow of PE?

That sounds like a bit of a reach, no?

Not likely but those would the tentacles coming from frag , also mine still had PE even with the worm I don’t think it’s that harmful

Hi guys! The acros are doing well and I’m seeing some small PE!

I noticed the pink one is turning green! This is so strange!

Any new identifications?

(The one all the way on the back right is a strawberry shortcake - ignore that frag)

The pink one’s base is starting to turn green. And it looks like there’s small pink/red polyps.

Hey guys, so the green one in the first picture,

Can you guys identify it now? I fragged the little piece by accident, but both parts are doing well and shows growth and PE.

I would like to get an identification.
