hey guys,

Ive had a mini crash about a month ago where i didnt notice my main returnpumps being clogged and i had slmost no water movement for an extended amount of time. I had an algae outbreak and am quite sure to have had some dinos aswell. The tank is stable again, slime algae is gone entirely and only some algae is left. I lost 3 acro frags aswell as my 2 euphylia. But most of my sps dont look good. Montis all are partly covered in algae and dont seem to be strong enough to grow back. My birdsnest starts to get better but in its core most tissue is gone and algae is growing on it. Only sps that dont seem bothered at all are my purple stylo aswell as my rainbow pocillopora.

I have two yumas that are kinda looking weird aswell on some days. Parameters are in check again. Ive heard often times fragging helps the healthy parts of corals to recover. Where algaes growing the corals often dead. Can i get some advice ehat you would do in my position?

Sorry to read this. First and foremost keep everything stable for anything to recover. You can clip off the dead pcs from sps and try to remove any algae remaing. Have good flow and tank will recover. It might take few weeks, months but it will come back. Key is stability. Good luck
