Stand Ideas/ will this work?

sorry for the crappy writing and picture. I have a 375 coming in 4-6 weeks, lookking at designing my stand and this is what I have. The tank dimensions are 96x37.5x24.5. The stand will mimic the LxW but will be 40 inches tall. I will use 2x12s for the front center and 3 back braces. 2x6s in the corners and 2x4s for crass bracing. I will have 3/4 in ply on the top and bottom. I will have a face as well with cabinet doors on all 3 visible sides.

What are your thoughts? Overbuilt? Underbuilt?

I built mine out of 2x4 & 2x6 for my 185gl. I don't think you'll have any issues with this one.
