starting back up after 17 years

Beautiful baby and couldn’t love your dog’s face! Sorry for your loss. At first I thought you were a Georgia fan which wouldn’t make sense because of where you live.
Aww, so sorry about losing him! He is beautiful! I just lost Sophie’s sister Abbie 2 weeks ago! Big hole in our hearts for sure! Sophie has been a bit lost through this, but she is starting to come around!

So sorry!
Thank you! It’s tough for sure! The two were so close! We have had them since they were 8 weeks old. Abbie had a mast cell tumor that opened up, so we had to have her put down. She was actually a year older than Sophie! We went back to the same breaker a year later, and nobody wanted Sophie cuz she was clearly not full bred, but we couldn’t wait to get her! She is my little buddy! Abbie was my other half’s buddy!

Just so you know, I think what you are thinking is ricordea are actually all my rainbow BTA’s, I started with just one! And have now lost count! I have given away like 6 , and I still need to get rid of at least 10 more! My little male clown just loves them, but they are starting to irritate my sector nine favia!
Oh, don't i feel dumb not being able to tell a rbta from a ricordia! I totally understand however. I was given 1 rbta and I gave away around 6 and probably still have 6. I just moved everything in my 56g display to a 75g display,,,,everything that is except the nems. They are in a 20g high in the cabinet of the 75g with an aged percula clownfish.

It's so tough losing our pets. I am sorry about Abbie. I am glad that Sophie is coming around.
Our Harley is definitely slowing down and getting a bit grumpy. My hubby and I are really gonna miss him when he's gone. :-(

Yeah I know that dread feeling too well. But when it is time for Sophie to go, we have made the decision not to get any more because we are very close to retirement and want to travel a bit. We are people who never put our dogs in a kennel, so it is tough to get people who have their own lives to come take care of our babies! It will be the first time in all my years to not have a dog, but I know when Sophie goes, it’s time.

Same exact decision here! No more pets after Rocky. Except my Reefs!

We understand. We are retired and 2 of our sons live 7 and 11 hours drive from us. Fortunately our boys travel well. Also we have some friends who have 2 dogs and we will watch each other's dog when needed. I know not everyone has that though.
