I had two random acros start to RTN. The good news is I save about 50% with a quick frag. Everything else is fine and all the parameters are in check. So weird sometimes. Anyone else have a SPS coral RTN out of nowhere?

Yeah I'm very happy with the Swirly Sea. Right now it's in the left corner. There is an acrylic rod hanging down in the middle back toat I wrap in seaweed for the tangs.

Did some major work on the tank. I decided to start the slow process of removing the black paint on the other viewable side. I painted it originally because there were a lot of scratches and I didn't have the funds to pay a pro to repair it.

2 hours to do this...

very nice! what kind of tang is the big one right in the center?? look liek a vlamangi??

Yep it's a vlamingi tang. Such a cool fish with a ton of personality. He just slowly cruises the tank as everyone gets out of his way.

Thanks everyone. I'm really happy with the tank lately. Things are starting to grow in really well and it's been 13 months since I started it. The funny thing is I stopped doing water changes a few months ago and only vacuum the sand bed once a month and dose daily. The 10% weekly water changes were killing my back (back is all messed up).
