stressed yellow tang

my tang has a white strip on its side i know that means it is stressed, but after testing my water it showed good on everything, the other fish that i have dont chase it around or bother it. i would say he is doing all the bulling. so how can i make my fish happy?

what other fish are in the tank? how much live rock?

i have a pair of goldstripe maroon clowns a blue hippo tang yellow tail damsel blue damsel and a huge coral banded shrimp. i have about 180 pounds of live rock, they dont look alot but each one is big.
