Stupid Mistakes You've Made

I’ve looked directly at a Uv sterilizer bulb, flooded my basement with ro more times than I can count, metal hose clamps, setting up dosing containers so they accidentally gravity feed into sump, paly toxin.. 8 bulb Ati fixture ripped out of ceiling in the middle of the night. Urchins and the anxious search to figure out if that one was a bad one, razor blade cuts, used non reef safe silicone. Cooked and froze more tanks than I can recall even with apex lol The Uv eye burn was by far the worst.

I've dropped 2 automatic feeders in the water and ruined them. I'm too clumsy for these I think!

I placed a baby cardinal in the tank a little too close to my MP40. Got sucked right through it....luckily was no worse for the wear and still swimming a year later.
