It's ok to mix Biospira with copper??
Copper probably zaps most of the live bacteria in the water, but no negative interaction occurs.

Yes......it is basically bacteria in a bottle. You want to stay away from conditioners or de-chlorinators.It's ok to mix Biospira with copper??
All I can figure is I didn't maintain the cupramine level high enough for the 30 days.......I thought I had but it is the only thing I can figure.
30 days has been incredibly effective if done correctly. Now, I'm finding it more effective to treat for 14 days and transfer to a new tank.I was checking copper weekly and adjusting as needed. I don't think I ever had a reading below .35mg/L. If 30 days didn't do it how long should I go? I don't think I had ever read or heard much anything beyond the 30 day mark.

Looks like a secondary bacterial infection: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/bacterial-infections.191511/
I would treat with antibiotics ASAP: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/antibiotics.283711/
An acriflavine bath might slow the infection down until the antibiotics can kick in: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/acriflavine.282887/
