I’m getting ready to move at least two tanks in the 150 gallon range. So I was hoping to get a recommendation on what brand or size cups I should be looking for.

Goto to Amazon - Spend about $45 a suction cup. They will work just find. Then they sit in storage for a year till your friend wants to use them and they work ok, and then after that they are trash.

You want 8 or 10" cups. Spend the money and get 4. Trying to lift and stabilze the tank with just 1 hand is not easy. 2 makes it as easy as carrying an Amazon box.
