Looking for suggestions for a good bio load for my 54g fish only

Little tanks are hard to stock IMO because you don't get that many picks.....so it's worth taking plenty of time between them and giving it plenty of consideration! Did you have any particular fish or fishes in mind when you started out?

It really all depends on what you want to end up with. One thing I would try to avoid is filling your tank with other people's suggestions. You may find out down the road that you're not a huge fan of the fish, and it's your tank so you should be happy with it. Do you have any ideas?
