Sump broken

HELP!!! I need a sump ASAP!!!
I broke the side of my eshopps sump! When pushing it back in under my tank, after cleaning it out yesterday, the side of the sump broke.
I’m trying to run my tank without half of the return (duel overflow)
Oh yeah, the return fitting going back into my tank also broke!!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

hi sump can be fixed with weld on.
did it break into one piece ?

O crap. I’d call around to the local shops see if anything is in stock. Last resort go to petco for a cheap tank or next day from saltwater aquarium .com

I’ve totally broke a 20 gallon long tank I was using as a sump… you’re not alone.

You can run a tank without the sump for a few days.

some glass repair shops may have weld on 16 on hand,
if not amazon will. 5 oz tube will do it.
bead on crack ,hold tight let dry for hour,
then a bead on inside ,and outside, will hold forever.

Ouch! Looks like you will have to replace that bulkhead too. That might be the tricky part.

Yeah now is the time to REALLY hope that the seal that holds the overflow in place is still watertight.

Get a glue rated for acrylic like Weld-On 4.

This site gives decent information on gluing acrylics.

Just keep in mind that this is some potent smelling glue so do it in a very well ventilated area.
