I have a Bashsea 60 Sump... ( 280 Galllon Aquarium )
Currently i get a lot of Foam in the Filter sock area.
The sump currently goes.... Filter Socks - First Chamber I have a IceCap skimmer i cannot get to work Keeps over flowing no matter what (Inclucing water levels) - Next chamber is empty has the pump for the UV and the heaters - finally the return which is not a big area, enough for the large return pump...

Need some good suggestions for sump media - Its fish only i do have GSP in the tank for a natural look. Lot of live rock in the tank.

Nothing LOL. You could put some live rubble in there if you want to have a cryptic zone for pods and filter feeders. But really, as far as media in the sump, there’s no need for anything more than you have IMO. I do run carbon and GFO occasionally, but those are in reactors plumbed into the sump with submersible pumps that take up real estate in the second chamber with the skimmer. You should keep trying to get the skimmer working.
