Hi Guys,

Im looking for recommendations for a new sump for the 380.

Currently running an old wet/dry type with the bio balls removed and a half baked refugium in its place.

I am not having any issues, I just feel that it can be better.

I am having a hard time finding much that is rated for tank larger than 300 g.

Ive considered picking up a Trigger Platinum 39 and keeping my current sump as solely a refugium I have not ruled it out yet) but that means more plumbing and another pump, and i am am down to my last available power outlet.

Any thought, ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

When I had my 300G, I Used a 90g aquarium and used custom Acrylic baffles in it. It was nothing fancy, but it did the job well and had more than enough space for everything i Need in it.
