Are there any supplements / food soaks that can help build up the immunity of my fishes for better protection against diseases like ich?

I dose vitachem weekly and soak food in seachem garlic every few weeks. Frozen food varieties are the best food

Nothing will boost immunity like live or freshly frozen foods with live bacteria.
