Hi all, is this lympho? What do I do about it? Both clowns already in QT, eating like normal and active, like normal. First growth appeared about a week after adding to main DT, it fell off after approx. 2 weeks but has returned, looks even larger than before, and has a small amount of red in it, which was not there on the first lump. It's fluffy, it's on the absolute edge of his dorsal, and looks like I could easily pull it off, also seems like the female has been nipping at the male, but I've never seen this. Sorry for the blurry pics, they're very excited when I get close. Thank you for any and all advice.

Looks like Lympho to me and based on your description. I would just monitor it for now.

As these fish rarely if ever get lymphocystis, this looks like an injury with bacterial infection and will require treatment in a separate tank using seachem neoplex with air stone added

The man himself... appreciated sir, can get Neoplex tomorrow, should I do both or him only? QT tank is empty besides them.

As mentioned, clownfish rarely get Lymphocystis, but if it is that, then you don't need to treat, as it will go away on its own.

How long has it had this?
Did it grow in size over time?

Can you post a video? I can't see where the origin is for this lesion, Lymphocystis is usually on the fins.

This has been on the fin from about 3 days after I got the fish, it was a tiny white speck at first and has gotten bigger. Fallen off completely, and restarted as a tiny white speck for the second time. It is slightly smaller as of right now, I've been doing more water changes in the qt since they've been moved to it. It is on the absolute edge of the dorsal fin, video was taken yesterday.

Falling off and regrowing is something both types of infections can do - either Lymphocystis (a viral infection) or bacterial infection.

This seems to be "flopping" around more than Lymphocystis does. I'd treat with an antibiotic as you planned to.....
