T5 Lighting Schedule

I recently upgraded by compact fluorescent to T5 bulbs on my 210 gallon reef and fish tank. I installed 2 72" fixtures for a total of 16 39watt bulbs, 8 actinic, 8 10000K, and 12 lunar LED's. My question is what is the best schedule to run my bulbs for my benifit of my coral. I have all sorts. Any suggestions for schedules that have worked well?

im getting a ati t5 fixture next week and would like to know too. im mainly keeping chalice and acros in it.

Here is how I run mine:

Actinic: On at 7am, Off at 9pm = 14 hrs
White : On at 9am, Off at 7pm = 10 hrs

Here's mine:

Actinic: On 8:30am, Off 9:30am = 13 Hours
All: 11pm - 8:30pm - 9.5 Hours
