Curious what other veggies I can add to the veggie clip for tangs , juv emperor , foxface

are our veggies good for them ?

I know foxface likes cucumber , spinach
But has anyone tried regular types of lettuce such as romain ?

Nori is going to be your best bet. If you have an asian supermarket near you get 100 packs of the red and green without the oil in them... they are really cheap there.

Along with some mysis, pellets or other meaty fare, this is a really good diet.

People used to feed banana, spinach, romaine, oak leaf and all other manner of terrestrial foods, but really no need any more with better pellets and introduction of mysis. I used to have to dose with Selcon and Zoe to get some vitamins and fatty acids, but I have not had to do this in years. In the end, I am not sure that any of the terrestrial foods are good for them, or not.

You can try bannans. But always keep a mix of fresh, meat, pellet.

I've always seen LFS's feed heads of Romain, but I've read(not sure how true it is?) it's basically just gut wading and has 0 nutritional value.
