But it’s been like 3 weeks should spots still be showing up ????
Spots typically not but skin irritation can emerge at any time
Assure water quality mainly ammonia is in safe range

Your fish should be clear of any Ich by now. You said they are scratching. Flashing Also? How are they eating? Any ragged fins? Are they all in the same QT system? How Large is it and can you post a Video of the entire Group?

They are eating like pigs. its a 6 foot 80 gallon frag tank thats medicated currently.

This looks like a good case for a skin scrape. Do you have a microscope? I see some along the Lateral Line.
I wonder if this could be Hexamita.

No i dont have a microscope, the lateral line has been there since the beginning. im thinking either lymp or some rare bacterial infection?
