Speaking of smoking it, My wife takes Medical Marijuana. She has MS along with all the pain, unsteadiness and everything else that goes into it. But you don't smoke medical marijuana. It comes in a liquid, powder or pills.

She used to get it with a prescription, but that place went out of business because now it is legal to buy so we go to the dispensary to get it.

You can't get high on it for a couple of reasons. First of all it is very expensive. Like $100.00 for a small bottles of pills so a cheap bottle of liquor would be a lot cheaper if that is what you are looking for.

Anyway, I am a terrible sleeper so I sometimes use some of her powder. In this new place she bought a small bottle of liquid with an eye dropper.
I said I want to try it because I take 5 things to sleep and generally wake up at 1:00 or 2:00 am.

So I was holding the bottle with the dropper and I said :How much of this stuff should I take?:

She said : Take two of those". I thought she meant two droppers full, but she meant two drops. So I took like 20 drops.

I went to sleep and woke up about 5:00 which is fine. I was very happy.

I stretched to get ready for my morning, beach walk and got out of bed.

I immediately fell on the floor and felt like I got hit by a bus after drinking a gallon of cheap wine on an empty stomach. What happened?

I know I didn't drink so I couldn't have a hangover. Then I remembered the marijuana. I very slowly clawed my way back into bed because I couldn't walk. Not even close, and I didn't want to crawl to the living room where my wife would find my partially dead, limp body which would give her a heart attack and she would call 911 while she pounded on my chest screaming for Jesus, Mary and Josephine.

I closed my eyes for an hour until my wife got up and I asked her what happened. That's when I found out I was supposed to take two drops and not two dropper fulls.

Stick to one dropper full unless its a friday night then 2 is acceptable

Smitten, there isn't much that is going to harm this old, crusty, battle-hardened body. Remember, I lived through a war, a year in the jungle, two helicopter crashes, and keeping an old fish tank.

Yesterday I took a test. I got this magazine, and in it was a test to see what your actual biological age is.

Now I am 77, so not a young chicken, but according to the test, my biological age is 55. I was very happy about that, and much of it is because of the strenuous walk I do every morning, rain, snow, volcanoes, or Earthquakes.

My diet accounts for a lot because we eat a lot of nuts, fruits, beans, and seeds every day. No fried foods, no added sugar in anything, no artificial colors or preservatives, and very little packaged foods.

Mostly fish and vegetables that we cook fresh. My stress tests a few weeks ago also came to the same conclusion. I am very happy, but I am sure genetics has a lot to do with it as my Mom lived to 99 and never took a pill in her life, not even an aspirin. No cane or glasses either.

Yeah I know. But in person you don't see all the reflections. It also has a lot of movement you can't see in that still picture. When it's done, I will take a video.

Maybe they will buy it for Buckingham Palace.

that's fabulous paul! i went on ebay the other day to see if i could find anything like you make. i did find an angler fish kind of like yours but nothing else.
i have an friend who was in the Vietnam war also. i was telling him about your book the other day and he wanted to read it. so he ordered one too. some of the stories that he tells remind me of yours. he also has built some neat stuff. but his health isnt as good as yours im afraid.
