Tank integrity question

Hey reefers, bought this used 120 g reef tank last month, been sitting in my garage and finally got around to cleaning it. Some of the silicone fell off so I’ll likely need to reseal it, but there is some minor damage on the corner of the overflow side. Not sure if this happened on my garage I didn’t notice it when I bought it, but anyways you think it’s safe?

I personally would not use the tank.
