Hi, and welcome to R2R! Sorry your first post has to be under these circumstances.
There are many smart people here willing to help, but theu will need some info... Water parameters, maintenance routine, source water, any changes to the tank lately...the more the better, and good luck!

Welcome to R2R. Considering how small the tank looks i think weekly water changes should control most of your nutrients problems. But posting husbandry routine and water parameters will help others like said above!

Honestly I used to do water changes every two weeks, then didn’t really have time to do so everything seemed fine up until recently I could not get r.o water the fish store near me closed so I was topping off with tap water I think that might have done it. Water change today was done with r.o after having to drive 40 mins to get it, I have never actually tested the water until today

The tap water did it..... In all likelihood

unfortunately I agree, tap water has so much bad in it. Sorry for your losses. If and when you can I would do substantial water changes with RO/DI or distilled water- I would do several 50-75% changes making sure sg, ph, alk, and temp are equal.

Order a 5 or 6 stage ro/di system
Make your own water and mix your own saltwater.
