I am upgrading my 24g to a 60g cube. The cube will not receive any live rock/sand from the old tank. I am curious if anyone has matched Calcium, Alk, Mag, Temp, Salinity and just did a straight transfer over without acclimation. In theory it sounds ok to do, but I would like some opinions. The 60g will obviously be cycled before I attempt this transfer. Thank you in advance.

Why Is it that you are wanting to tranfer everything without acclimating?

Is it worth risking the loss of something for the sake of a couple hours?

I have 2 tanks with matched params. I move things back and forth with no issue. Make sure your temp , salinity and ph match especially.
