Looking for advice or suggestions on rimmed vs rimless and internal vs external overflow on a 36x18x22 glass tank. Tank will be setup in a corner to hide anything in the back. Personally I like the look of a rimless external overflow but have heard bad things. At the same time, Ive heard negative comments from users of internal overflows. Tank needs to be quiet. No toilet bowl setups please. I'd like to hear from real owners of the different types of setups and what if anything they would do different. Return pump will be an Eheim 1260 run thru a chiller prior to getting back to the tank. Thanks in advance.
