Tc420 settings

Hi guys.Can i get some help about day/night simulation thru the PLED software and tc420 controller?I have 5 channels ,1 is whites,2 is blue,3 is royal blue ,4 is uv and red,5 is free.How to adjust to get good simulation and good photo period?Atm i just finished cycling so before adding corals i eant to spare some time to do this.
