Recently switched food to tdo pellets. In the interest of not over feeding, I was curious if I should stop using the ab+ and reef roids, or if I should still use one or both in conjunction? Peaceful, varied corals, most from live aquaria certified captive grown in a 200g display

I use Nyos LPS Power twice a week along with Reef Roids and Nyos Instant Plankton, and I still dose ReefEnergy AB+ daily. At the very least I would probably continue using ReefEnergy AB+ as that circulates enough to ensure all corals are immersed in it.

Roids should be fed sparingly as they can elevate phosphate if fed frequently.
A/B - - good program but has been known to increase nitrate/Phosphate
TDO- Very good food and clean.

Me, I would:
Roids . . . . sun and Thursday
A/B . . . . . . Tues and Friday
TDO . . . Mon-wed-sat

Reef energy is my constant for 2 times a week , 1 day I mix reef roids with reef snow with it , one day i mix benepets and phytoplankton with it , then one day usually Sunday I use just fuel from aqua vitro.

thank you so much for this information. So I don’t mind removing roids from the list, just that they don’t make my skimmer go crazy like ab+. So if I just stick with the tdo and ab+, especially since I feed tdo to the fish every day, and use the ab+ once or twice a week would that work?
