Hey Guys , have a little temp. Issue started about two weeks ago had a heater fail in the on position have replaced heater since , but can't get temp. Back down sitting at 81.7 to 82 new heater setting at 79 has never even come on. House is at 75 all day. I only had a thermometer in sump , in stalled one in DT temp. Difference between simp and DT around 2 degrees , would like to know where everyone measures temp.

I keep my temp probe for my apex midway up the back wall, better water circulation there.

Wait... you're saying your sump and DT has two different temperatures? It's the same body of water. Are you using the same thermometer and just moving it from the top or the bottom, or is there currently one in the top and one in the bottom. One is incorrect or it's touching off a hotter surface, like a pump or something.

I think he may be using two different thermometers to check the temperature, this may be giving him incorrect temperatures. He needs to check temperatures with a calibrated meter.
