I am picking up an anemone tomorrow for my newest tank and my anemone guard hasnt arrived yet for my mp10. This is my solution that I have come up with and want a second opinion, should this be enough to keep an anemone out of the power head. It's made out of an old filter bag and some cable ties. I added some super glue over the cable tie cuts to avoid any sharp edges.

Yes that should work. As long as the wet side sits flat against the glass.
Now that you have it, the nem will never go near your powerhead. Murphys law

Yep that's been the case with my other tank, it went in on day one and never moved from where I put it. But with my luck I'd risk it and it would head straight into the powerhead
