Tenuis?

This coral was sold to me as a tenuis. I was looking up facts about this piece and I am starting to wonder if it is a tenuis. If not, can someone ID this frag. If it is not a tenuis, I only paid $50 for it and I think it looks good.

+1 on pic with whites turned up, plus, give the frag plug a few taps to make polyps retract.

The coralite doesnt look like a tenuis

That’s a Montipora, the pic is defiantly and acropora. Reminds me of a humilis with the round coralites and bare round tips but it’s too small to tell for sure.

Still need a white light pic, preferably with polyps retracted
It has axial corallites, so its definitely an acropora, cant clearly see radial structure though, but some guesses:
A. chesterfieldensis
A. samoensis
A. digitfera
A. gemmifera

Deffinitely not digi and gemifera. Those have dragon scale coralite similar to ausie spathulata with alot thicker branch

Digis and gemifera dont really have "dragon scale" concave corallites like spattys, similar arrangement but different structure, more exert and rounded.

OPs photo is not good enough to even see such details of radial structure clearly, but I do see a few of them have a barrel shape to them, again though, blurry.

Ill stick with my original first guess of A. chesterfieldensis, not 100% sure thats what it is, but thats my best guess. Maybe someone else will have one thats a better fit.

These days, any healthy double branched acro frag for $50 is a good price, whats most important is are you happy with it?
Its a fragment of an animal from 1/2 way around the world that has the potential to grow into a stunning colony in the next few months/years if given love and care, worth $50 ? definitely IMO.
