Didn't know that and will do it from now on!For the reason you cover it when you put it in the fridge. Always leave all food uncovered until it is cold, same temp as the fridge and then cover. Putting hot, warm, room temp product in the fridge covered starts the spoiling process. Picture a petri dish that is covered, little drops start to form at the top of the dish. Same thing happens when you cover food that is warm, hot, room temp, moisture starts to collect on the wrap, top, lid. That is bacteria forming and it drips back into the food and starts spoiling the food. Same thing when you bring home the togo containers. un cover them.;)

cornbread recipe whatever you use
1/8 cut bacon grease
pull skilled and add bacon grease and cornbread recipe and place back in over and turn down the heat to 400 and bake.
venezuelan style , add fried onions and quesso blanco in the corn bread mix. Oh daddy this is good;)
I most cases this were people get food poisoning at home.Didn't know that and will do it from now on!
