It was started 21 of july and first inverts 23/7 - first fish and more inverts 28/7. I use around some used sand, some used stones and around 40 % water from my elder aquarium. The diatom bloom was answered with more snails and hermits. The fishes get very little food now in the start. I will try to use this thread as an example of that it is not so complicated to start and maintain a SW aquarium. There is no measurements taken at all.

Wow I love how this tank is proceeding, it’s very natural and wow love it. It would be fun to experiment what you have done a a much larger scale.

My niece is similar to your grand daughter, she loves my tank and wants one soooo bad. Her dad won’t let her simply because he doesn’t have the time. But I’m slowly persuaded him to allow a small one.
