I have used Rod's food for a long time now, the tanks love it!! I have a variety of items I feed. I usually feed 3-4 times daily to keep all of my fish happy and healthy. Rod's Food goes in at least 7-8 times per week. It's a fabulous smorgasbord of goodness!

I feed live rotifers and live phytoplankton to my corals every morning. I add some live bbs every few days to it.
After work in the afternoon I typically feed my fish with cubes of frozen mysis, frozen adult brine shrimp, and frozen chopped squid. I add chopped table shrimp, oyster, or whatever seafood I have on hand occasionally. I also add a small sheet of nori for my tang and foxface periodically.

I feed Mysis or live brine daily along with a sheet of nori, once a week I use some live blackworms, or something different for variety.

I curently feed my 28 either marine flakes or frozen cyclops brine or mysis. And my 55 that has all my large fish that sits in my employers garage while we move gets fed everyday with flakes. Not my normal feeding but its working out while we live at our temp house!

I have a pair of breeding Banggia Cardinal fish and a Neon Cleaner Goby in a 32g RSM cube.

They get 1/2 a cube of Mysis shrimp and enriched brine shrimp every other day.

I tried Rods before and the fish gobbled it up but I only had the samples I received at MACNA 2011. I'd love to use it again to improve my success rate with the babies.

Rod's Food Rocks!

I feed Rod's food as my primary fish, coral, and invert food once a day. I have 9 fish and I feed a small 1.5 square inch chunk of the original blend. My entire reef goes nuts for it unlike any other food that I feed. The corals all extend their polyps about the same time every day in anticipation of it.

It'd be pretty nice to win a huge pack of food like that... I think that would be a couple year+ supply with my tank feeding habits.

I feed rods original 3 or 4 times a week. Sometimes cyclopeez or mysis. Just cause I still have some. And if I'm out all day and forget then I'll throw in pellets. Liked.
