Sister Marry was truly a religious woman. Besides for her duties as a nun, she was also very active in various hospitals visiting sick patients and taking care of all their needs. So it was no surprise that one day when she ran out of gas, the only container she could find to put the gas into was a bedpan. Sister Mary happily walked two blocks to the closest gas station filled up the bedpan with gas and headed back to her car.
Luck would have it that as Sister Mary started tipping the gas into the fuel tank, the traffic light turned red and she had quite a large audience witnessing the spectacle with a bedpan. Just when she finished pouring in the last drops of gas a fellow opened up his window and hollered, “I swear! If that car starts I’m becoming a religious man!”

I run 6-7 miles in the morning, 6-7 in the evening. It’s all good. Last physical I was as healthy as can be.

I have to say I'm not a runner and always struggled with it. Of course in the military we have our yearly PT's and the unit I was in last had commanders random :) I'd run 3 miles living outside Sacramento but on drill weekend I'm up in Nevada and the elevation was 4500' or something. So over time as I got older I'd struggle to meet the time. Finally they listened to those of us living at lower elevations to come up a week or two early to acclimate or run the test elsewhere.

I do know a few runners and there is a nurse on my wife's unit who is a world class endurance runner. That woman runs all over the dang place. She was on one of the HGTV or other reality shows and their team doing stuff. Interesting. Not only does she have the nurse super power she has the running one. Not sure how she got two. Wait - she is freaking smart too. So the trifecta of amazing.

Some people -just have to say hats off. Your now in that camp. Running can be tough at least for me it has been. Nice work!

True - and hips. However, modern day medicine and we get do overs :) Although they do not like to do them at younger age. I just had my hip done and I have to so I'm glad I did. I couldn't wait any longer so we had no choice. 7 months in a year long recovery before 100% complete but was walking less than 12 hours after it was done. Really amazing.

My wife has had one knee, both hips replaced and both SI Joints fused in her lower back. Also two cervical spine fusions and had an artificial disc implant. She can walk, but not far and relies on a cane some time. She can’t kneel down and it is difficult for her to get up out of a chair. She is 55.

hi all,brain recharged,the foam ins ,i am referring to is put in by special truck ,can only be injected 3" at a time.due too heated reaction due to curing,fire hazard ,if not done in layers,same stuff??

Technically I only have one lol. The right one is titanium lol. I now wear braces and since wearing custom brooks, no knee pain at all afterwards.

I would go with the regular one (the 3155). I personally have it and it’s very reliable. I heard many people had problems with the Tunze nano.

The 3155 for sure. I have them on my nanos and just reduce the output size at the end of the tube that is at the back chamber. This slows the flow down just a bit, but doesn’t hurt the pump. I think on the 14 biocube, I just shoved a smaller piece of hose in the larger hose to restrict it lol. Been working for 2 years now with no issues.
